About Me

Hi, I’m Ellie.

I have bipolar disorder, and I’m passionate about creating more inclusive, compassionate workplaces, especially for disabled people and those with long-term health conditions. I know what it’s like to need extra support just to stay afloat, let alone to thrive. I’ve been the person asking for reasonable adjustments and being made to feel like a burden for it. I’ve navigated the exhausting admin, the stigma, the silence — and I’ve also seen what a difference the right support can make.

This consultancy is born from that experience.

I’m not here to throw around buzzwords. I’m here to make real change - by helping organisations become better equipped to support their people, and by empowering disabled employees to advocate for what they need. I believe inclusive workplaces benefit everyone. When we design with disabled people in mind from the start, we create systems that are better, fairer, and more sustainable for all.

Whether you’re an HR team looking to strengthen your approach, a manager unsure how to support your staff, or a business wanting to do better - I’m here to help.

Let’s build workplaces where people don’t just survive. They succeed.

Here I am working from home with my noise-cancelling headphones - two simple adjustments that help me stay well and thrive at work.

Working remotely gives me the flexibility and privacy I need to manage the ups and downs of bipolar. The headphones help me stay focused when my mind feels busy.
